Freshman Information Request Form

Lincoln University of Missouri is one big family and making things personal is what we're all about. At LU, it's all about you and we want you to feel comfortable as you select the college that is right for you. We appreciate your interest in Lincoln University of Missouri and we want to learn more about you to serve you better. Answering the questions on this page will allow us to do just that.

At the bottom of this page, you will create a user name and password so you can access your own VIP page that is customized to your specific interests. Creating your VIP page will ensure that you receive invitations to all Admissions events and will keep you informed of your application status every step of the way. All questions marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Be sure to click on the "Submit Information" button at the bottom of the page when you have answered all of the questions. If you have already filled out an interest page, click here.

After clicking "Submit Information", you will receive a confirmation email message that will include the login and password that you have created. Please save this email for your records.

Transfer Information Request Form (earned more than 30 college credit hours)
